As goes the typical stereotype of female bonding (shopping, hair, make-up, celeb gossip, and boys), I got to know Esau's cousins Jasmine and Ashley over a hair straightener. Xela, where Esa's grandparents live, is very cold at night, and I didn't want to spend any more time with wet hair from the earlier trip to the pool than I had to! Luckily there was a wet/dry straightener on hand and Jasmine seemed more than happy to take on the challenge.
Take note of the buns on top of my head and in the back... They thought it was great fun that I looked like such a fool!
The little photographer! The photos were taken by her and Esau, who popped in until he realized it was kind of a "girl's only" thing. :)
